Ugiugi was Vanilla's pet rabbit. However, being a rabbit, its life was very short. Ugiugi passed away midway through the first Galaxy Angel videogame. Vanilla strongly lamented the death of Ugiugi (she even clutched Tact's chest and started sobbing). However, despite Vanilla's grief, she learned how precious life is from Ugiugi's death and therefore continued to keep rabbits and other animals afterward.
