Melba Brownie (メルバ・ブラウニー Meruba Buraunī?) worked as a waitress in the Tea Lounge on the Luxiole, and held the rank of Second Lieutenant at that time. She owned a FN Herstal P90 (or at least a gun that looked like that), and she kept it somewhere in the Tea Lounge to use against intruders. When given the opportunity, she dressed up Kazuya in a maid outfit, complete with underwear and all and had him help out around the Tea Lounge.
