The Fatal Arrow is the Sharp Shooter's Hyper Weapon. A ray of light forms the shape of a bow around the Sharp Shooter's railgun, which then fires from a very long distance away from the enemy for high damage. Multiple enemies can be targeted, but unlike the Flier Dance, Chitose must manually aim the Fatal Arrow at each target.
The Sharp Shooter must stop in order to use the Fatal Arrow, leaving it vulnerable to enemy fire. Hence, it should not be used while enemies are in close proximity, unless the Harvester is nearby to provide immediate repairs.
